Beast Workout Sheet – I’ve just started my Body Beast journey, and I’m starting to get used to Body Beast mass factories and how to use them properly. Body Beast Workouts are so important to see how you progress through the program. Plus, I look back at the workshop itself week after week to see where I was last week. When I feel better (lol), I can lift weights. If I had a hard time last week, I would cut back on weight and focus on form.

Bodyweight Workout Plan
I’ve started to notice that these workshops are set up in a certain way that if you don’t take the time to set aside weeks, you don’t get fast food!
I started doing that by using the workshop in 3 week blocks. This is what I personally found to be the most successful way to track and look back on your workouts week after week.
