Earlier this year, we both worked with a visionary CEO of a parent company who wanted his global organization to be goal-driven. He also wanted all business group leaders to be involved in addressing it. So we started by creating a place for everyone to start.
Inspired by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and motivations for human satisfaction, we created a set of goals called the Goal Wheel. . understand the purpose if they can first imagine the different ways they can have in the world.

Think about the company you work with, and ask yourself: apart from profit, why does it exist? The first step is to consider your expectations and predictions. Where do you think your business will go?
