There are four basic strengths for beginners. The first is the squat. While popular for leg and other lower body exercises, it also hits the upper core. Next, you need to familiarize yourself with push-ups. As a beginner, you will be guided by your comfort level first, but the result is still quite fast. Next you can make a plank. the focus is on your core. This exercise is actually the backbone of the other exercises you’ll do in the rest of the program. The last one is the deadlift. That’s the next level of squatting.

Isn’t exercise the worst? I mean, that’s great for you… but I think it’s boring and difficult. People who enjoy work… I don’t understand you. I admire you, but I don’t understand you. Obviously, I have to work whether I like it or not, so creating a nice printable workout calendar is the only enjoyment I get from this deal. A few tips for using a journal: Blocking regular exercise during the week will help you form good habits. Changing up your typical exercise routine can help you maximize your results. And of course, remember to include rest days. There are few things in life that I love. My husband. Cheesecake flavor. And that endorphin rush you get when you’re fit and great. It doesn’t matter if my legs are shaking, that feeling of accomplishment and endorphin rush gets me every time.

There are many weight loss tips out there. How do you know who to follow? What if you follow those that are PROVEN BY SCIENCE.
Since exercise is a very personal thing – and everyone has their own preferences – I actually designed three different free printable exercise journals. I use the first one. Next to each one I have included detailed information on how to use it.
Since each is a fairly detailed training log, it includes areas for strength training. If you’re looking for a more general exercise tracker, check out our free printable monthly fitness tracker.
• Print settings: Plain paper works fine. However, if you plan to use it for several weeks, you can try heavier cards.

• Their default size is the whole page. However, if you want smaller ones, reduce the print size! If you’re not sure how much to reduce, check out my post How to Resize Printers to Fit Your Designer.
You can use this in two ways. As a printable weekly exercise diary or monthly exercise diary. I prefer to keep it monthly.
• For strength, assume each set is a “1” and track different reps and weights in each column. Example: Bicep curls – 1 set of 10 pcs and 10 kilos. 1 set of 10 pieces for €15. and 1 set of 10 10 lbs. All of this would happen during one training session.
• For strength, assume that each set of columns (sets/reps/weight) is a different exercise. For example, biceps curls: week one, in column one, I would do 3 sets of 10 and 10 kilos. The second week, in the second column, I would do 3 sets of 10 and 15 kilos. There are enough lines to fit my three training days (legs and abs, biceps and back, triceps and chest) all on the same log.
