Many training models are available to help you set up your conversations. One of the most well-known and used models is the GROW model (developed by Sir John Whitmore in 1992). It consists of 4 parts:

When using training questions in your tutorials you’ll want to use questions that focus on the GROW training model: growth, reality, options, and will/rap to give you a head start and how to structure training sessions, leading discussions to a positive outcome.
Grow Coaching Model And The Powerful Questions
The following questions may be useful for each section of the GROW model (taken from material developed in the Skills for Training Clinical Educators workshop). You don’t have to use them all; Think of them as useful ways to start a conversation and help keep the conversation task- and solution-focused.
The (T)GROW model is based around a set of questions that can be used to frame instructional conversations and guide them toward a positive outcome. (T)GROW model to be used in every area Dr. Examples of questions developed by Aarti Maini include:

In 2011, I enrolled in International MBA. Coming from a legal background, for me, the MBA was a quick change of direction.
I wanted to work in business (more like an entrepreneur than a manager). And I wanted to quickly find a way to immigrate to the US (I’m from Italy).
Fast forward to 2013, after completing my MBA, I was able to get a job in California as an analyst, after completing my MBA, focusing on corporate finance and business strategy.
However, instead of becoming an entrepreneur, I settled on a permanent career path, where I had to wait a few years – like in the military – to take a few steps and climb the ladder.
Coaching Using The G.r.o.w Model
Fast forward four years to starting my MBA and three years into my new life in California. The career I started with my MBA was unsatisfying.
That’s why I didn’t take admission in MBA. So I resigned, went back to Italy, and started my digital business (a lot of things happened in between, like I moved to NYC for a few months, but for the sake of brevity, let’s skip that part now).
I thought most of the things I learned in business school were very useful in a career, in business.
They were not helpful to me as a digital entrepreneur. So I had to go back to studying on my own, try hard, and in the process, learn a bunch of new things from scratch.

To make things more interesting, I joined a high-tech startup in 2016, where I still head the business unit.
This is a real world business journey and a set of tools I’ve learned the hard way over the years to help you navigate the uncertain business world.
FW is not about quick business education; About small doses of vocational education that lead to action rather than disability;
It is about original and independent research, the fruit of thousands of hours of analysis, study and critical thinking.

The name might trick you into thinking you’ll learn everything you need to know in four weeks.
Instead, it’s an idea about embarking on a journey where, over a few weeks, you can learn and apply the foundation to key business concepts in the real world.
Personally, it took me years to learn some of the concepts I cover on this blog, and often the transition was about forgetting things that no longer worked or didn’t exist.
The real world is in high gear. Things that worked in the context will not work or worse will be a disaster in the new context and environment.

That’s why I try to remain agnostic. There are many tools, guides, and methods you can use, but each should be tested against the environment you find yourself in.
The most important thing is the process. The process is permanent, as it helps you gain an understanding of the material quickly.
When I completely shifted my focus from my previous job to building digital businesses in 2015, I realized that the education I received through my MBA was not helping me much in building a digital business.
So I started writing about my new journey and as I went along I thought about building on the advantages of business school that I wish I had when I was building my own business.

As I put more things out into the world, I’m able to gather feedback on whether these tools might be useful to other real-world instructors, and that’s what inspires me and, of course, that’s what keeps me going.
When I hear people posting about how they work on sources; how they started their business; How they have changed their career or started a new role is what gives me satisfaction and happiness.
In order to continue supporting my passion, research, and helping more people learn key business concepts, I needed to be financially stable.

The business world changed rapidly; The digital world has changed the way business works and understanding those changes has become important. This is why I created this blog. I’ve written down all the lessons I’ve learned over the years here and made them available to you as I’ve done so that this can be a great place for digital entrepreneurs, managers and entrepreneurs.
When I started digital marketing, I came from a completely different background. I graduated as a lawyer, after an international MBA I worked as a financial analyst in a real estate investment firm. That experience taught me to look at hard numbers and analyze any company’s balance sheet to understand the business logic behind it. When you understand how money flows, you can understand the strategic thinking behind any company.
When I approached digital marketing, I was looking for ways to break away from a typical 9-5 job and be alone. The problem was that everything that appeared on the web became so useless. I soon learned that looks don’t mean fit. However, I wanted to lay out practical tools that anyone can use to grow their business or at least better understand the business world.

Then I joined a tech startup. There I helped the company develop its business activities since the end of 2016. One thing that was clear to me from day one is that a solid distribution plan is critical to the success of any company. From there I set out to learn everything I could about business models, business strategy, distribution strategy and growth marketing.
An MBA can be an important program for people who want to advance their business career. And for aspiring entrepreneurs. However, there are fundamental aspects of MBA programs that make them very vulnerable to today’s standards.
As the business world changes rapidly and at a rapid pace, the opportunity cost associated with enrolling in an MBA program has become too high for many to bear.
However, this is only part of the story – I argue. Well, MBA programs today have become very risky due to several reasons:
Coaching Questions For Managers Using The Grow Model
In this blog, I cover business models. And I’m focusing my attention on that game-changing model. To make sure this is not too much of a distraction. What we believe is a modern example of business and education. However, this model has its foundations in a world that has been shaped over the past decades.
Many of the current business models that have reshaped the business world, and are rewriting the rules, seem to harken back to the past. Where the centralized and closed model has been successful for decades. New technologies eventually allow the expansion, division and elimination of companies, systems and teams.
This way, you will be able to learn
