Exercise Log Template – There are things in life that I like. My husband. The taste of cheesecake. And that endorphin rush you get when you’ve pushed your workout and done it well. It doesn’t matter if my legs are a little shaky, the sense of accomplishment and rush of endorphins gets me every time.
But to push it to the next level, it is necessary to track where you have been. After all, you can’t get there without knowing both where you are going and where you are now.

While there are many reasons for exercising, weight loss is a major motivation for many. And it’s not a surprise. Almost 40% of Americans are obese. More than 70% are overweight (including obese people).
There are many weight loss strategies out there. How do you know who to follow? How to follow what has been proven by SCIENCE.
Because exercise is a very personal thing – and everyone has their own preferences – I have created three different exercise printables. I use the first one. Next to each one, I have provided information about how to use it.
Since each is a detailed information, it includes facilities for strength training. If you’re looking for a more personal fitness tracker, check out the “Free Printable Monthly Fitness Trackers” post.

• Print options: plain paper works great. However, if you plan to use it for a few weeks, however, you can try a heavier version.
• The default size for these is full page. But if you want less, just reduce the size! If you are not sure how much to reduce, check out my article “How to change the copy to suit your planner.”
There are two ways you can use this. As a weekly written exercise diary or as a monthly list. I like it as a monthly book.
• For power, just assume that each light is “1” and track the different words and weights in each row. Example: Bicep curls – 1 set of 10 with 10 lbs. 1 set of 10 with 15 lbs. and 1 set of 10 with 10 lbs. All this will be during training.

• For strength, think of each beam (sets/reps/weight) as a different exercise. For example, for bicep curls: week one, in column one, I will do 3 sets of 10 with 10 lbs. In two weeks, in row two, I will do 3 sets of 10 with 15 lbs. There are enough lines for me to fit my three training days (legs & abs, biceps & back, triceps & chest) all on the same machine.
• For cardio, consider each group on a different week. If you do a lot of work in a week, use a line to keep track.
This weekly training program is divided into three strength training sections: core, upper body and lower body. There is a section to track three variables for each exercise.
Track three different workouts. There is a place for cardio if you are someone who does cardio along with your strength training. (I’m looking at you, Jen, if you’re reading this!). There is room for 4 different parts of this.

Or is there another design that would work better. I am always willing to expand the post with better options. Who would have thought that a global pandemic would occur in 2020? The discovery of a new virus called COVID-19 has entered almost every country in the world. So far, the number of patients with covid-19 continues to increase in many countries. COVID-19 means we spend more time at home. However, don’t despair. There are still many things we can do from home. One of them is through exercise. For those who rarely exercise, this is an opportunity to return to a better life.
Okay, now it’s time for you to write your thoughts. You already have goals and plans, but still confused about fixing the time? Relax, that’s what we need for the study list.
To make a training schedule you have 3 options. The first is the traditional way, which is written on paper. While the other is by using exercise magazines on your smartphone. Meanwhile, the third is to use an Excel spreadsheet.
Monthly Exercise Log
Once you have organized your journal, write down the actions you have planned. All you need to write down is the time and date of your exercise. Then write down the exercises you have planned. Try to do this the day before. Then, finally, record your weight. This will act as a reference for your weight gain, whether you are trying to lose it or want to gain muscle mass.
Be sure to record the changes and improvements you make after each workout. And the last thing to remember is to be consistent. However, the key to success is hard, repeated effort.
Rest is always recommended when doing any exercise. But sometimes for those of you who like fun at work, you might want to do it every day. As long as you don’t push yourself, it’s fine to exercise every day. Make sure you enjoy it and don’t force it when you are hurt or injured.
Don’t forget to balance it by eating well and getting enough rest. The general rule is to exercise 30 minutes every day, for a total of at least 150 minutes every week. According to research, people who exercise 30 minutes a day burn more calories than exercise estimates.

The most important thing is that you really “work”, not to keep the body constantly. Exercise is, by definition, planned, structured, repetitive and deliberate movement. Exercise is also designed to improve or increase physical strength. The workout includes cardiovascular, strength and resistance training and flexibility. Physical exercise is a movement of muscles that requires energy. It is a movement that a person makes, in other words. So you should differentiate between gardening and jogging. Although research says that regular physical activity also contributes to health, combining it with exercise can have a greater impact on our body.
