Cereal Box Book Report Template

Cereal Box Book Report Template – I remember when we were in 3rd grade, our teacher asked us to do a book report on empty cereal boxes to wrap grocery bags and use the labels to create a “new” type of cereal. The various components that make up a cereal box book report are: the name of the cereal, the slogan, the company name, the cover image, the information on the side of the box (letters, settings, plans) and the persuasive advertisement on the back. I loved every minute of it. Because this project is different from the traditional “book report”. So when I was a 5th grade teacher I asked my students to do something similar just by folding paper, unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of their final projects.

GoDigital! Last week I decided to take the same project into adaptive mode by creating a template in Google Drawings. I thought it would help students incorporate digital design skills into their book reports/projects. Also, students will have the ability to work collaboratively as they can share through GSuite
